- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A person in your cosmetic department was very rude in her manner. When interacting with me about a cologne which was on sale. She first asked me to pay at the cosmetic counter, I said that I would do more shopping and pay at the front desk as I usually do. She had already taken the item from me and when I asked for the item back she refused to give it to me, saying you have to pay here. I left the store feeling very upset. I have been a regular customer at this store for 7 years and never encountered anyone with this type of attitude.by gilles richardJune 21, 2017
