- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Their front desk staff is terrible. They lied to me about my plan not allowing direct billing. I actually don't mind paying up front but just don't lie. I was told they "tried and it didn't work". I called insurance and they never tied. If they lie about that they can't be trusted with anything in my oppinion. They are also rude and because there are dental offices on every corner I'm not sure why anyone would put up with that. they only got 3 stars because of the dentist is quite nice (Dr Melissa) but I've cancelled all appointments for my family of 5 and switching.by A&C BishopJune 04, 2017
