- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was my first visit to this dental office and I was totally impressed. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Brittany. She was very patient when my insurance claim wouldn't go through online. She went above and beyond to sort it all out by calling the insurance company to figure out why the online submission was not accepting the claim. She even took care of submitting the submission form directly to insurance on my behalf (instead of having me sort everything out myself and having to mail out the claim, as other doctors offices have done in the past). I had searched reviews online for different dental offices in my area and this dental office had nothing but good reviews which persuaded me to choose Coldstream Dental. My dental hygenist Britney was very friendly and very thorough with my cleaning. I felt no pain or discomfort while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sachdeva was also very friendly. She answered all of my questions and even gave me some tips on how to maintain a healthy smile. She definitely gave me the reassurance that she had my well being in mind. Everyone I encountered during my visit made me feel great about choosing Coldstream Dental. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!by Sharon BNovember 26, 2017
