- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Discontinued a prescription I was on and switched it with another that is known to have worse effects and did it without discussing it with me first. I got the prescription from the receptionist and quickly folded it and left to realize the difference when I got home and it is now too late. She is on vacation and I need it so now I have to go to another doctor to get the right prescription. What a waste of my time. Have since gone to her once more to receive attitude from her receptionists after they've made errors and incorrect assumptions, which has led me to now need to get re-tests and waste more time. Also unable to ever get to them when I call. Instead get pulled into a game of phone tag trying to contact them if I miss one call.
